Sack Storage, Inc, an FDA registered Food Grade Warehouse,
is the warehousing component within the TI Logistics portfolio.
The Sack division currently operates two facilities totaling
300,000 sq. ft in Central Massachusetts that are located within
minutes of the Mass Pike, I-495, I-395 and I-290. Our facilities
presently boast over 50 truck doors and 15 rail doors providing
easy access and quick service to our client’s carriers.
However,
we are presently poised for expansion and the plans and permits
are in place to proceed with the construction of a new facility
located in Oxford, MA. This new facility will compliment our
existing storage and distribution capabilities with an additional
330,000 of sq. ft of storage, 50 truck bays and 12 indoor
rail doors that will be added over several phases of warehouse
